I had always found Mondays to be a reminder that you have a whole week of exhaustion lying ahead of you. I find myself, trying to just get through the week and not stopping for even a moment to enjoy life. As I sat down at the piano this afternoon in an attempt to compose music, my mind had other ideas that were being composed. I started being thankful for Mondays. They are the beginning of a new week. A fresh start to try something new. They hold little moments and memories that are not to be forgotten, but instead should be savored. As my ideas were being composed then the music also started to come together.
This Monday has brought me a new perspective.

ReplyDeleteThat is such a delightful outlook on Mondays. Mondays have always been a rather tough day for me, trying to toss myself back in the rhythm of the week. But just to enjoy each moment, I'm going to try to start that.
