I am sitting here against the cold, but rather comfortable window. I peer out the window across from me in wonderment. Whether day or night it is always a beautiful sight. I am rather fond of this spot of mine. We have become fast friends. I observe the room for a moment. Through the sunlight I see specks of dust floating around. Softly they disappear into the shadows. Craft supplies is sprawled all over the floor; Mod Podge, paint, markers, paper, magazines, and scissors. A sight of inspiration to be. There are Rocky Road brownies in the oven, a cup of tea in my hand, and the rest of my day to be inspired. I must say, afternoons are quite lovely.
What are your afternoons like?
Cindi

ReplyDeleteLove, love your writing. It is so inspiring. Somehow it makes me feel light and airy, and even through these dreary clouds over here in Hawaii. I love the first picture, it's amazing.
ReplyDeleteMy afternoons have been rather lazy, but I have a little nook for inspiration, too, in this old playhouse, with a kerosene lamp. It's perfect for writing.
Thank you,
Rebekah
