Remember.

 Though my feet may be sore, I might have had one of the best nights ever. I love weddings. Possibly the excitement that spreads throughout the crowd. The looks of "awe" when everybody see's the bride for the first time. The clapping that is heard right after the Pastor pronounces them "Mr. and Mrs.". Friends whispering to each other about how lovely it is.

 Beautiful decorations.
Pretty roses.
We danced for quite awhile, which is the cause of my sore feet{blurry picture, but I like it.}
 The bridal party wore the most amazing socks.
There were mustache cookies{thank you, Lou for letting me borrow your lens for this picture!}
We danced through the last song, said good-bye to the bride and groom, and to end the night, the rain beautifully drizzled upon us. I was savoring the moment too much to take pictures. I was sorta sad that I didn't take many, but at the end of it all. . . I was okay with it.

  1. What a sweet time that you must have had... I too understand the regret of having such a wonderful time and forgetting to capture that memory on my lense...oh well! The memories in our hearts are just as lovely!

  8. Delightful. I do love weddings. Unfortunately, most of the ones I've had to go to, I've been uncomfortable and awkward because I don't really know the Bride or Groom, and I do hate stumbling about in high heels. But there is one I'm going to this month that I do know them better. I'm strangely very excited. (it might have something to do with this awful cute dress I found at a thrift store that I'm going to wear ;). But I love the feeling you have when people get married. It's excitement, for them.

    I love, love, love the pictures, especially the first one. WOnderful! Awesome. And of course your writing is spectacular and captures the essence and atmosphere of everything perfectly.
    Grace and peace,
    Rebekah
