Thankful For A Star Gazing Night

         As I went outside to shut the barn door, I looked up and saw all the beautiful stars shining in the sky. I went back into my warm home, made myself a cup of tea, grabbed a jacket and went back outside and sat on the grass and began staring at the stars. It was pitch black, but the stars lit up the sky. The wind was throwing my hair about. It was wonderful. How can you look up at such a gorgeous sight, and not believe in the Lord? He created every single one of those little{well, actually big}lights. They shine. They are millions of miles away. There are millions of them. They are magical. They are beautiful. They are God's creation. I am thankful for those wonderful stars. If they weren't in the sky, it would just be an ugly, blank page of darkness. Now, that would be terrible.

I am thankful.

I am blessed.

I am loved.

I was created by Him, the one true Lord. 

My Thanksgiving was the best yet. I think as I grow up, I realize more and more how thankful I should be. For this life, family, friends, home, blog, swimming, and all of you. I sometimes take things for granted. We tend to not realize what we have until its gone. Well, I realize what I have right now. More than what I want.  I don't deserve any of this, but for some reason the Lord has done all of this for me. 

Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;his love endures forever.

P.S.S  Who went shopping today{Black Friday}? I did. I know, I am crazy. But, I got some "I Love Lucy" episodes. Sadly, I don't get them until Christmas.
