Instead of eating this........
I probably need to eat more of this........
So I decided, for the next 3 weeks I am going to eat ONE sugary treat a day and eat more salad........which I hate.
I will post about it once every week. The chances are that I probably will give up within 2 days. I'll try, though! Wish me luck!

just a suggestion: you should use larger photos for your posts, so that they don't appear blurry when you publish it? that way your photos speak for you more :))

Don't always eat the salad or you will become bored of it. What I do is I eat fruit, which has the sugar you want but its GOD'S sugar. (At least if it is fresh and not canned fruit) It works a lot better :)

Ahh I should probably do something like this... A few ideas- have you tried lemon and corriander cous cous- healthy but nommy :) Or tuna pasta bake :)
